If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process for defective product and non-defective product.
This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds, providing a clear and fair process if your order does not meet your expectations.
RETURN
We accept return/exchange by mail. Please email us to receive the prepaid return label.

Policy Timeframe:
The policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Past the above time, if we have not received the return request, the product will not be eligible for return.
Item conditions: New condition not used.
Return label and Return shipping fee:
- Preya Lune will provide free return label (prepaid labels). The return label will be sent via email, you need to download and print return label.
- Customers do not have to pay for the return shipping.
Restocking fee:
Customer do not charge restocking fees, processing fees for any product.
Steps to return:
Step 1: Please email us at service@preyalune.com, including the product you wish to return, photos of the product you received, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request 1-2 business days. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Step 3: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Please securely attach the prepaid return label to the package. Drop off your package using the carrier specified on the label (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
After your returned product arrives, it will be processed through our inspection department for approval or rejection within 2 business days.
EXCHANGE
Preya Lune accepts free exchanges provided the product is in new condition and the exchange is requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us at service@preyalune.com via email, follow the return process and specify the desired replacement.
If the replacement product has a price difference, our team will contact you with further instructions before processing. If the requested product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Replacement products are shipped within 2–3 business days after approving the returned products.
REFUND
When will you receive your refund?
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 business days. Customers will be notified when refunds are issued.
Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 3-6 business days to appear in your account.
Total refund
With eligible returned items, the amount of the refund will be equal to the price and sales tax (if any) of the returned item.
Late or missing refund (if any)
In case you have not received your refund after 6 business days from the date we notified you, please check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

If there is any problem, what should you do?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible include photos of the product clearly showing the defect.
Preya Lune will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund (shipping fee paid when placing the order will be refunded if all products in the order are defective) at no additional cost.
