What does Preya Lune sell?
Preya Lune offers thoughtfully designed sleepwear that combines comfort, softness, and quiet elegance. Our pieces are created to support relaxation, self-care, and everyday ease at home.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend referring to the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, consider your preferred fit (relaxed or fitted).

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.

Estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (up to 5 during peak periods)

    • Canada: 5–12 business days
    • UK: 6–12 business days
    • Australia: 7–15 business days
    • Germany/France: 6–14 business days

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a fixed fee per order:

  • US: $4.95
  • Canada: $12.95
  • UK: $13.95
  • Australia: $14.95
  • Germany/France: $14.95

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. Please allow:

  • Up to 5 additional business days (US).
  • Up to 10 additional business days (international).

Will I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

Who pays these fees?
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, provided items meet our return conditions.

What conditions must items meet for returns?
Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags, packaging, and accessories included

Do you offer free returns?
Yes. We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns. There are:

  • No return shipping fees
  • No restocking fees

How do I request a return?

  • Items you want to return
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

How long do refunds take?

  • Processing: within 2 business days after approval
  • Bank/PayPal: 3–6 business days

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer free exchanges within 30 days. If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


📦 Delivery Issues

What if my package is lost?
If tracking does not update or shows delivered but you haven’t received it.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update it.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
