This page outlines how we bill, process, secure, and manage payments on our website. Please read carefully to understand the necessary information and make your purchase with confidence.

1. Total amount for an invoice at Preya Lune includes:

Products Price: Product prices are clearly stated in product page, cart, checkout page. Product prices displayed do not include sales tax.

Shipping Fee: Shipping charges are a fixed fee per order and are calculated based on destination, will show the rate specific to the shipping address. Fees are described in Shipping Policy

Sales tax (if any): Sales tax will be automatically applied to orders shipped to Arizona, United States. Currently, we do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to other US states. This fee does not apply to international orders. For more details, please read our Tax Policy.

Note: Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees (International Orders) – Our Responsibility.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility.

👉 The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged by our store. Buyers only have to pay the costs listed above, which will be clearly and fully listed on the invoice at the checkout step, you just need to pay once and receive your order without any other charges.

2. Accepted Payment Method

We currently process payments exclusively through PayPal, a globally trusted and secure payment platform.

Through PayPal, you can pay using:

  • Credit Cards/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal balance or linked bank account.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Please note that your bank or card provider may apply additional fees such as currency conversion or international transaction charges if you are located outside the United States.


3. How PayPal Checkout Works

When you select PayPal at checkout:

You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page

You can either:

  • Log in to your PayPal account, or
  • Pay as a guest using a debit or credit card (availability depends on your region)

After completing payment, you will be redirected back to our website for order confirmation.

For your security, PayPal does not share your full card, payment information details with Preya Lune.


4. Payment Confirmation

After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email including:

  • Your order number
  • Payment details

If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder.
If it is still missing, contact us at service@preyalune.com for assistance.


5. Payment Errors or Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined, please:

  • Verify your card details and billing information
  • Ensure sufficient balance is available
  • Contact your bank or card provider if necessary

You may also retry the payment through PayPal.


6. Refunds & Cancellations

If you are charged incorrectly or cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be issued to your original payment method via PayPal.

  • Refund processing time: within 3 business days after confirmation
  • Additional time (bank/PayPal processing): 2-4 business days

7. Payment Security & Data Protection

Your security is extremely important to us. Preya Lune uses industry-standard protections to keep your information safe:

  • SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption is used on all secure pages
  • Secure connection indicators (https:// and lock icon) are visible in your browser
  • We do not store your full credit card number or CVV code
  • All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers

  • Our systems are regularly monitored to maintain strong security standards

8. Common Payment Questions

Can I use PayPal without an account?
Yes. In many regions, you can pay as a guest using a debit or credit card. Look for the option “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal page.

Why was my payment declined?
This may happen due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or restrictions from your bank. Please retry or contact your bank for more information.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No. Once an order is submitted, the payment method cannot be changed.

Are there any additional charges?
No. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged by our store. However, your bank may apply additional fees depending on your location.

Do you store my payment information?
No. Your payment details are securely handled by PayPal. We do not store your financial information.


9. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraud prevention seriously. Any chargeback or suspicious transaction will be carefully reviewed.

If fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected, we reserve the right to:

Cooperate with payment providers and financial institutions during investigations

Refuse future orders
