Modify/Cancel Order

At Preya Lune, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to or cancel an order you’ve placed. We strive to accommodate your requests as efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find information on how to modify or cancel an order.

1. Window:

    Customers always have the right to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of successfully placing it.

    Cancellations or modifications requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed, as the order may have already been handed over to the carrier and shipped.

    2. Order Modification

    If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address, adding or removing items, or changing the quantity of items ordered, please follow these steps:

    • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. You can do this by emailing us at service@preyalune.com. Be sure to provide your order number and details of the changes you’d like to make.
    • Confirmation: Our customer service team will assist you in making the requested modifications and confirm the changes with you. We’ll also provide you with any additional payment or refund information if necessary.

      3. Order Cancellation

      If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

      • Contact Customer Support: Get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. You can do this by emailing us at service@preyalune.com. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
      • Confirmation: Our customer service team will assist you with your cancellation request and provide confirmation.
      • Refund: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process your request and initiate a full refund (original shipping fee included) to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account.

        4. If the order has been marked as shipped

        After 24 hours, and once the order has been marked as shipped, cancellations or modifications cannot be processed. Please refer to Return & Refund Policy for instructions on returning the order upon delivery.
