SHIPPING TIME
+ Processing time
Please allow 1-3 business days to verify payment, prepare your order, and hand it off to the carrier. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may extend to 3-5 business days.
Business days: Monday to Sunday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 8:00 PM MT are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical delivery estimates (not guaranteed):
- United States: 3-10 business days (Contiguous U.S. (48 States): 3-7 business days. Alaska & Hawaii: 5-10 business days).
 - Canada: 5-12 business days
 - United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
 - Australia: 7-15 business days
 - Germany, France: 6-14 business days
 - Rest of World: 10-20+ business days (varies by location)

Shipping cost varies by shipping address (country). Shipping cost includes shipping charges and surcharges. The fixed fee schedule for each order is as follows:

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 - Failed delivery / Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned due to address issues or non-collection, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
 
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after carrier pickup.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Delayed: If your order is delayed, please allow up to 5 business days for domestic orders and 10 business days for international orders, after the estimated delivery time before contacting us.
 - Lost: If tracking does not update or shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may require a signed non-receipt statement or a carrier claim.
 - Damaged: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with a replacement or refund (per our Return & Refund Policy).
 
Q&A SHIPPING
I place an order and have multiple items, can they be delivered to different addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Can I change the recipient information?
You can, just as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
What causes the order to be delivered late?
Most packages are delivered on time. In rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date.
