Preya Lune wants you to feel confident with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds, providing a clear and fair process if your order does not meet your expectations.
RETURN
Preya Lune accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items, and offers refunds or exchanges accordingly.
Return Window:
Our return policy is effective for 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered. Only return or exchange requests submitted within this period will be accepted. After this timeframe, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
We recommend checking your items promptly upon arrival to ensure they meet your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are damaged after delivery due to improper use, accidents, or similar causes are not eligible for return.
Return Methods: We accept return by mail.
Return label and Return shipping fee:
- Preya Lune will provide free return labels (prepaid labels) for eligible returns. Return labels are sent via purchase email, you need to download and print return label.
- Customers are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
How to Start a Return:
- Please email us at service@preyalune.com, including your order number, and provide full details:
- Proof of purchase,
- Item(s) you wish to return,
- The reason for the return,
- Clear photos of the product you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and notify you of the outcome. If your request is approved, you will receive a free prepaid return label via email.
- Please download and print the return label.
- Carefully pack the product, attach the return label. Please take your package to the shipping company listed on the return label and send it to the return address. Please also notify us once shipped.
- We will notify you once we have received your return. Upon its arrival, we will inspect it within 1-2 business days and notify you via email.
Note: Please reach out to our support team to initiate a return request. Do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns may be rejected.

EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or style, please follow the return instructions above and indicate that you prefer an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will promptly ship your replacement.
Exchange requests are usually processed within 2-3 business days after your return is received. If the requested replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
REFUND
When will you receive your refund?
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Refunds typically take 2-4 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

If your refund is approved, the refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

- Any original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable for non-defective items. Refunds are issued for the product price + sales tax (if any).
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a full refund including shipping if applicable.
Late or missing refund (if any)
In case you have not received your refund within 4 business days after we notify you, please check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We carefully inspect and package every order, but if you encounter any issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging to service@preyalune.com.
Once your claim is verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a free replacement or a full refund including shipping if applicable, based on your preference. Please keep the item until your case has been fully resolved.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Products with missing tags or damaged packaging.
- Worn, used items, washed, or damage caused by the buyer.
CANCEL ORDER
Customers always have the right to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of successfully placing it. After this period, you may return it after delivery by following the return instructions outlined above. Read more: Modify/Cancel Order.
