Order Modification
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address, adding or removing items, or changing the quantity of items ordered, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. You can do this by emailing us at service@preyalune.com. Be sure to provide your order number and details of the changes you’d like to make.
- Timing: Buyer always has the right to modify the order placed within 24 hours of the successful order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.
- Confirmation: Our customer support team will assist you in making the requested modifications and confirm the changes with you. We’ll also provide you with any additional payment or refund information if necessary.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. You can do this by emailing us at service@preyalune.com. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- Timing: Buyer always has the right to cancel the order placed within 24 hours of the successful order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
- Refund: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process your request and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account.
