Billing Conditions & Terms

Effective date: February 20, 2026.

I. Total amount for an invoice at Preya Lune includes:

Products Price: Product prices are clearly stated in product page, cart, checkout page. Product prices displayed do not include sales tax.

Shipping Fee: Shipping charges are a fixed fee per order and are calculated based on destination, will show the rate specific to the shipping address. Fees are described in Shipping Policy.

Sales tax: The sales tax will be automatically applied to orders shipped to Arizona. No sales tax will be charged for other US states and international orders. For more details, please read our Tax Policy.

Note: Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees (International Orders) – Our Responsibility.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility.

Buyers only have to pay the costs listed above, which will be clearly and fully listed on the invoice at the checkout step, you just need to pay once and receive your order without any other charges.

II. Accepted payment methods:

We accept:

  • PayPal.
  • Debit or Credit Cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express…

– All payments are made immediately after completing the order.

III. Cancel the order and get a refund

– Buyer can cancel order within 24 hours after placing order. Upon receiving the request, Preya Lune will proceed to cancel the order and refund amount of the purchase within 2-3 business days. Detail at Modify/Cancel Order

– We offer refunds for returned items according to our Return & Refund Policy
