Preya Lune always provide you with the great products possible. We are extremely sorry if the product delivered cannot satisfy you.
And Preya Lune willing to accept for return for any defective product and customer remorse.
We accept return by mail.
Policy Timeframe:
The policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Past the above time, if we have not received the return request, the product will not be eligible for return.
Item conditions: New condition not used
How much will customers pay for return shipping?
- Domestic orders (United States): Preya Lune will provide return label (prepaid labels) for any return products. Return labels will be mailed, you need to download and print return label. Customers do not have to pay for the return shipping.
- For orders outside the US: We will provide prepaid labels for: defective or incomplete product, wrong product, product different from the description on the website, damaged upon receipt. In other cases, the product is not defective but the customer wants to return it due to regret, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
What is the restocking fee?
Customer do not charge restocking fees for any item.
Steps to return:
Step 1: Please email us at: service@preyalune.com, providing a photo of the product you received along with a detailed snapshot of the product’s defect, or the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our product customer service team will review your request. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label.
Step 3: Pack the product carefully and send it to the return address: 151 W Highridge St, Mesa, AZ 85201, United States.
We will send you an email notification when we receive the return package.
EXCHANGE
Preya Lune only provide exchanges for damaged products, defective, incorrect products, wrong size, or no match the product description on website. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us at service@preyalune.com via email.
REFUND
Preya Lune accepts refunds in the following situations:
+ Not receive the order
+ Eligible returned
+ Order canceled successfully
When will you receive your refund?
After we receive your return item. Your returned items will be processed through our inspection department for approval or rejection within 2 business days.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Total refund
If your refund request is approved, in case of not receive the order or order canceled successfully, the total refund will be equal to the total amount paid on the invoice.
With eligible returned items, the amount of the refund will be equal to the price of the returned item. In the case that all products in an order are returned, the total refund will be equal to the total amount paid on the purchase invoice.
How can you get a refund?
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.
Late or missing refund (if any)
In case you have not received your refund within 3-5 business days after we notify you, please check your bank account
Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
